If you are located in Ottawa/Gatineau area, there is a flat rate of $10.99 for same day delivery or $7.99 for 2-day delivery. The order must be placed before 5pm to get same day delivery otherwise it will be delivered the following day. Orders made on Sunday will always be delivered on the following day. There is an option to add your telephone number at checkout to get a text notification when your delivery is on its way. If there is no one at the shipping address, the parcel will be left at the front door. We are NOT liable for any lost or damaged packages once the order is delivered.
Shipping across Canada
Standard shipping across Canada will be by CanadaPost. We will send you an email once your shipment is on its way. We will also offer express shipping via CanadaPost. We are NOT liable if CanadaPost is late to deliver your parcel.
What are our shipping fees?
We are a Canadian company that ships within Canada. Duties and extra fees for your parcel delivery are covered by us for customers within Canada. CanadaPost rates are subject to change based on province. The estimated standard delivery is 1-9 business days. A flat fee of 13.99$ for domestic orders, within Canada.
When will my order ship?
All orders will ship once payments have been approved. We will send a confirmation email and a tracking number once order has been approved and shipped.
RETURNS & EXCHANGES
Please read the following instructions carefully as we would like to make your exchange/return process as smooth as possible!
- All shipments must be sent back within 7 days of receiving the order.
- We do not cover the cost of sending back a return/exchange and original shipping paid cannot be refunded.

- Once we receive your exchange it may take up to 2-9 business days to process and ship out.
- Once exchanges are shipped out, a confirmation email will be sent to you.
- Once returned, you will have the option of exchange or store-credit ONLY.
- Sale items CANNOT be returned/exchange.
- Items purchased with promo-code CANNOT be returned.
- Bodysuits are final sale with no refunds.
- Jewellery CANNOT be returned.
- Nipple covers CANNOT be returned
To return a purchase, your items must meet the following conditions:
- Be returned within 7 days of your delivery date.
- Be in its original, unworn, unaltered and unwashed condition. We reserve the right to reject any returns/exchanges that have perfume/scent of any kind, makeup/deodorant/self-tan stains or is dirtied in any way.
- With all originals tags still attached.
If you would like an exchange please contact us at email@example.com and request your new size. We will pull your size and hold it for 2 days. Please return your product(s) immediately and send us the tracking number within the 2 day holding period or product will no longer be held. Upon receiving your original return in good condition your new order will be then shipped out with a tracking numbers.
ASSESSING THE RETURN
Return product(s) will be assessed and we will notify you if your return has been accepted. Items which do not satisfy the above Conditions of Return will not be accepted and will be returned to the customer at customer’s expense.
